OUDU Education is governed by the UK Law. Any disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in relation to this Agreement or its breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be settled in courts of the UK (London) in accordance with the applicable law. All amendments to the Agreement and/or additions shall be prepared in writing.
