The customer should notify OUDU Education refund by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
. The email should be sent from the email ID registered in OUDU Education System. The request should be written in English and clearly state the reason of termination & refund. The request should also mention the bank details where the refund should be transferred. Upon receiving this request OUDU Education will deduct all unpaid subscription fees & used minutes up until the date of the request. The remaining amount shall be refunded to the bank account mentioned in the email. After the refund is executed the parties have no further liabilities to each other.
